Alessandro Cigolla, lawyer, specialised in corporate and commercial law, mainly focuses his practise on corporate reorganisations, M&A transactions, private equity, commercial agreements and corporate consulting.
He graduated in Law in December 2016 with top marks from the Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna with a dissertation on tax procedural law.
