Andrea Bertani, a lawyer, mainly deals with M&A operations, private equity and venture capital, as well as providing assistance to companies on matters related to corporate governance and commercial contracts.
He graduated in Law from the University of Padua in October 2023 with honors and special academic recognition, with a thesis in corporate law.
He also attended the "Finance for Lawyers" course, a training program focused on the principles of corporate finance and the financial aspects of private equity and venture capital transactions.
He has been licensed to practice law since June 2025 and is registered with the Milan Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English fluently.
