Andrea Bolletta, founder of the Firm, practices in family and succession planning, dealing with the matters of intergenerational transfer and international transfers of residence. With reference to the business world, he specialises in national and international taxation, mainly dealing with extraordinary transactions, acquisitions and reorganisations. In the real estate sector, he assists mutual funds and foremost operators in structuring operations of development and trading, as well as the establishment of real estate funds.
He performs patronage activities in tax disputes, drawing up procedural acts and participating in tax commissions. He is auditor to some of the most prominent companies.
He graduated in Economics at the commercial university “L. Bocconi” of Milan in 1993. Since 1998, he has been registered at the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan, in which he participates in the Normative Asset Protection Commission. Since 1999, he has been registered at the Association of Statutory Auditors. He is a member of STEP and of CFE Tax Advisers Europe and since February 2022 AIFI (Associazione Italiana del Private Equity, Venture Capital e Private Debt) Tax&Legal committee. He has also been registered at the Association of Court-appointed Expert Witnesses at the Court of Milan under no. 15685 since 2019.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
