Andrea Castelli, a trainee lawyer, deals mainly with commercial and corporate law with focus in M&A transactions, private equity and corporate and commercial contracts.
He graduated in Law from the University of Bergamo in October 2024 discussing his thesis in International Tax Law: “The Beneficial Ownership Clause: Domestic and International perspectives.”
In 2024 he also participated in an International Tax Moot Court Competition organized by KU Leuven.
He corresponds correctly in Italian and English.
