Eleonora De Donatis, chartered accountant and certified auditor, mainly deals in tax consultancy and assistance to commercial, industrial and financial companies as well as M&A transactions, with a focus on private equity transactions.
He has also gained experience in the taxation of individuals and in the field of fiscal consultancy, dealing with direct and indirect taxation, to leading industrial and financial groups.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Law from the Catholic University of Milan and in Accounting and Financial management (Corporate Finance) from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona.
She is registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
She is fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
