Gianmarco Di Stasio, a partner in the Firm, practices in acquisitions operations and the sale of shareholdings and companies for Italian and international clients, corporate joint ventures in Italy and overseas, bank loan agreements and commercial contracts.
He also practices in intergenerational transfer of assets, in relation to which he assists clients in statutory and corporate aspects concerning the transfer of company shareholdings, reorganisation of corporate groups and the design and implementation of the related corporate governance regulations.
He is a lecturer in corporate law at masters level on extraordinary transactions, company law and tax law of the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School. He is the co-author of the publication “Debt Restructuring Agreements” and “Corporate Succession - Intergenerational Transfer and Transmission of Assets” for the publisher Il Sole 24 Ore.
He has frequently contributed to the “Lex & The City” column in the Advisor Private and contributes on a monthly basis to the column on the private world of Citywire.
He graduated in Law, in 2001, from the University of Padua. After studying and obtaining professional experience in Germany and France, in 2003 he obtained a masters degree in Business Law and International Management at the HEC Business School, Paris. He has been registered at the Association of Lawyers of Padua since 2005.
He is fluent in Italian, English, French and German.
