Lorenzo Vaghi, Certified Public Accountant, mainly deals with tax consultancy to commercial, industrial and financial firms, extraordinary transactions, with a focus on private equity operations.
He graduated both with honors in Economics and Management (Bachelor) during 2019 and in Management (MSc) during 2021 at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
He is registered at the professional accounting association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors (ODCEC Milan) since 2023 and at the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2025.
He is a member of two ODCEC Milan Commissions: “Commissione Revisione Financial” and “Commissione Giovani”.
He is currently attending the Executive Master in Advanced Tax Law at 24ORE Business School.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
