Luca Carazzai, chartered accountant and statutory auditor, mainly practices in tax consultancy and assistance to commercial, industrial and financial companies and also deals with extraordinary transactions, with regard to private equity transactions.
He graduated in Economics and Business Law in 2020 at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan. He has been signed up in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2022 and at the Association of the Statutory Auditors since 2023. In 2023 he attended the Master in Tax Law organized by Sole24Ore Business School.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
