Marzio Molinari, partner of the Firm, joined Russo De Rosa Associati in 2008, having first obtained experience at a major international legal firm.
He specialises in the legal aspects of extraordinary corporate transactions, acquisitions of social and corporate shareholdings, private equity, management and transmission of family assets, debt restructuring and commercial contracts. He also practices in corporate disputes, both in court and arbitration.
In recent years, he has assisted the Firm’s clients in some of the more significant corporate acquisition transactions, providing his professional advice in relation to the negotiation and preparation of innovative and complex contractual and corporate documents.
He assisted with the preparation and updating of a number of works for republication “Intergenerational Transfer and Corporate Succession” and “Debt Restructuring Agreements”, both published by the Il Sole24Ore. Furthermore, he is amongst the authors of the series: “Extraordinary Transactions” published by the Il Sole2 Ore in November 2016.
He is also the author and co-author of several articles in the areas of corporate acquisitions and corporate governance for journals of the Il Sole24Ore and IPSOA.
He is a lecturer in corporate law at masters level on extraordinary transactions, corporate law and tax law at the Il Sole24Ore Business School.
In 2006, he graduated in Law with top marks and honours from the Commercial University “Luigi Bocconi” of Milan. He has been registered at the Bar Association since 2009.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
