Valentina Colonna, lawyer, is a member of the corporate and M&A department where her practice focuses mainly on M&A transactions, private equity and assisting companies on corporate matters and commercial agreements.
In 2017 she graduated in Law at Alma Mater Studiorum, Bologna University. She also studied abroad at Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Defense.
In 2020 she attended the Master’s degree in commercial and business law at 24Ore Business School.
She is a member of the Italian Bar since 2020 and she is registered at the Bar Association of Milan.
In addition to her native Italian, she is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of French.
