Valerio Libani, founder of the Firm, practices in tax consultancy and assistance for commercial and industrial companies.
He also specialises in the areas of tax planning and corporate reorganisation as well as tax matters concerning operations of acquisition, merger and demerger, with particular emphasis on tax consultancy in relation to mergers and acquisitions operations involving Closed Investment Private Equity Funds. He is a lecturer at masters level on extraordinary transactions and at masters level on tax law of Il Sole 24 Ore.
He graduated in Business Economics, in 1997, from the “L. Bocconi” University of Milan and specialised in 2000, in Freelance Services, Masters in Corporate Tax Law at the Bocconi University of Milan. He has been registered at the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 2002 and the Association of Statutory Auditors since 2003. He has also been registered at the Association of Court-appointed Expert Witnesses at the Court of Milan under no. 14606 since 2017.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
