The Firm earned a nomination as Best practice "M&A and extraordinary transactions", Best Practice "Private clients and wealth management" Best Practice "Tax Private Equity".
Leo De Rosa and Alberto Russo are also nominated, as professionals, the former in the "M&A and extraordinary transactions" and "Tax private equity" categories, the latter in the "Private clients and wealth management" one.
The event will take place on April 13th.
