Barbara Schiavo, lawyer, is specialized in restructuring and insolvency law and she’s the Head of the Restructuring Department.
She has over 20 years of experience; her activity includes assistance in the field of crisis regulation instruments, insolvency proceedings, M&A transactions, turnarounds and reorganization of companies in situations of financial tension or in the need to introduce adequate organizational structures for the prevention of the crisis.
Graduated in October 1999 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan. Qualified as a lawyer in the 2003-2004 session in Milan, she was admitted to the Bar in January 2005. In 2019 she was granted rights of audience before the Supreme Court. In 2022, she qualified as a negotiated settlement expert. In 2023 she was also registered on the Role of official receivers.
She is involved as lecturer in masters and workshops.
She speaks Italian and English.
