Luca Mainardi, chartered accountant and legal auditor, has gained a great deal of experience in some leading Italian tax and law firms. He provides tax advice and assistance to commercial, industrial and financial companies.
He is specialized in tax planning, company reorganisation and in the tax issues of extraordinary transactions like acquisitions, mergers, demergers, contributions and leases of business, with a particular focus on tax advice in M&A transactions involving closed-end Private Equity funds. He is also specialized in writing professional appraisals of businesses and intangible assets and in preparation of business plans.
He was a co-author of the book "Operazioni straordinarie, conferimento di azienda e cessione di partecipazioni" edited in 2017 by the publishing groupIl Sole 24 Oreand he contributed to the writing and updating, since 2013 to date, of the several editions of the book “Operazioni straordinarie” published byIl Sole 24 Ore. He spoke at several company tax conferences of theAssociazione Italiana Dottori Commercialisti.
He is admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts in Milan and to the register of legal auditors.
