Alessandro Manico, lawyer, specialized in corporate law, mainly focuses his practice on company reorganization and M&A, both for industrial and institutional clients, Italian and foreign, with particular reference to company acquisitions and transactions for the transmission of on-going business.
He also gained a significant experience in acquisition finance and in providing consultancy in favour of innovative start-ups and SMEs, including assistance on corporate matters and commercial agreements.
He also collaborates with the other member of the Firm in the field of management and transmission of family assets.
He is author of various publications in corporate law published by the law reviews.
He graduated in Law with top marks and honours from Pisa University in 2010 and then completed a Second Level Master in corporate law organized by Il Sole24Ore Business School.
He has been registered at the Bar Association of Milan since 2013.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
