Alessandra Spano, lawyer, is specialized in wealth management and she has been working with the Firm since 2016, mainly managing the analysis and implementation of projects related to wealth generational transfer and protection.
She has developed a significant experience in family governance within business environments with a prominent family component, thanks to her peculiar path of study and deepening of civil, corporate, family and inheritance law: after graduating with full marks and honors from the Faculty of Law of the University Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna, she subsequently attended the School of Notary Anselmo Anselmi in Rome and the School of Notary in Naples.
She advised in drafting the “La trasmissione del patrimonio” texbook published by Il Sole 24 Ore and she teaches the masters’ degree on protection and transmission of assets of the Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore.
She is also a member of the Technical Commission Wealth Advisory in AIPB (Italian Association of Private Banking).
She is fluent in Italian and English.
