Fabio Mainardi, a chartered accountant and statutory auditor, has had a distinguished career spanning several years. Throughout his professional journey, he has engaged in significant collaborations with renowned professional firms. He has been involved in providing expertise in tax, corporate, accounting, and financial matters, as well as handling extraordinary transactions. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise to consulting firms, focusing on financial analysis, management control, strategic planning, and direct advisory to entrepreneurs.
Given his three decades of professional experience, in the year 2021, he joined Studio Russo De Rosa Associati with the aim of launching the Accounting Team project. This team specializes in corporate, accounting, and financial aspects related to industrial holdings and real estate companies resulting from M&A transactions and corporate restructuring. The primary objective is to streamline and enhance the management efficiency, protection, and generational transfer of entrepreneurial assets, for which he holds the position of team leader.
In the realm of businesses, he continues to provide consultancy services in tax, corporate, accounting, and financial matters to commercial, industrial, and real estate companies. He also holds supervisory roles in various companies, including acting as a minority shareholder guardian.
He has been a member of the Milan Institute of Chartered Accountants and Expert Accountants since 1994 and the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1999.
