Martina Bambino, lawyer, is specialized in tax proceedings, in pre-litigation and out-of-court procedures with the Italian Tax Authorities.
She graduated cum laude in Law in 2010. Since January 2014 is member of the Association of lawyer in Milan.
In 2015 she got a Ph.D in Tax Law at Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca. Her thesis concerned the distribution of the burden of proof between the Tax Authories and the tax payer.
She often writes publications on tax periodicals.
She fluently speaks Italian and English.
