Niccolò Cappellini, chartered accountant and auditor, practices in tax, accounting and company law advising to medium and large commercial and industrial companies, and he is also focused on transfer pricing analysis, extraordinary transactions, with particular regard to Private Equity transactions, and adoption of IAS / IFRS international accounting standards.
He graduated in Business Administration at the University of Florence. Since 2015 he has been registered at the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan and the Association of Statutory Auditors.
In 2017 he attended an advanced Master in Transfer Pricing and in 2018 an advanced Master in International Accounting Standards IAS / IFRS, both organized by Ipsoa.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
