Francesco Di Giandomenico, tax advisor and legal auditor, provides tax consultancy to large industrial and commercial companies and institutional investors, both by assisting them in ordinary activities and in the execution of acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
His areas of expertise include corporate taxation, M&A and private equity taxation, management incentive plans, group reorganizations and international tax advisory.
He graduated with honors in Economics and Management in 2013 and has been admitted since 2015 to the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan and in the Register of Auditors.
