Marco Zani, chartered accountant and statutory auditor, practices in providing tax assistance for commercial, industrial and financial companies. His area of specialisation is extraordinary transactions with particular emphasis on private equity transactions.
In 2002 he graduated in Corporate Economics at the Bocconi University of Milan and he has been registered at the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan and the Association of Statutory Auditors since 2008.
In 2009 he completed a post-graduate course in "International Tax Law" at the Scuola di Formazione Ipsoa and in 2010 completed a post-graduate course in "IAS/IFRS and corporate tax" at the Sole24Ore Formazione.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
