He supports entrepreneurial families and investors in wealth and succession planning, with an integrated approach to business, real estate, and financial assets.
He is an expert in corporate finance, dealing with company valuation and derivative financial instruments to support management incentive plans (options, warrants, stock options, and carried interest). He also deals with tax, financial, and succession aspects related to new technologies, including crypto-assets, digital assets, and advanced artificial intelligence applications.
