Paolo Crippa, chartered accountant and statutory auditor, professionally advises both domestic and international companies on corporate, finance, and tax matters for mergers & acquisitions and reorganization transactions.
He provides assistance to entrepreneurs' and investors' families on wealth management and generational shifting of companies, real estate, and financial assets.
Expert on corporate finance, he deals with valuations of firms and derivatives for top management-incentive plans (options, warrants, stock options, and carried interest investment schemes).
He regularly contributes to the firm's publications and is a lecturer in the Master on Tax Law organized by Bocconi University as well as in the Master on Tax Law by Il Sole 24 Ore Business School.
Paolo graduated in 2011 with a master’s degree from Bocconi University in Law and Business Administration (Economia e Legislazione per l’Impresa), has been registered at the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2014, and at the Association of Statutory Auditors since 2015. In 2017 he attended the Master on Asset & Wealth Management organized by IPSOA.
In addition to his native Italian, he is fluent in English and Spanish.
