Alessandro Probo, trainee lawyer, focuses on extraordinary corporate operations, M&A and commercial contracts.
He graduated in Law on July 10, 2024 at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, arguing a thesis in commercial law: “ The protection of the shareholder in cross-border mergers.”
He also spent a period of study abroad at Universidade do Porto.
