Antonio Lopetuso mainly deals with M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, advising Italian and international clients in the drafting and negotiation of acquisition agreements, investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements as well as commercial agreements.
He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2018 and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
He graduated from Università degli Studi di Siena in 2015 and obtained an LL.M in Corporate Law from 24Ore Business School in 2019.
He is co-author of the publication “Private equity transactions: a case-study” in law journal “Analisi Giuridica dell'Economia”, published by Il Mulino.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
