Laura Manzi, graduated in Accounting in 1992 from Istituto Tecnico Commerciale Milano, with thirty years of experience in recognized professional firms, in 2024 joined Studio Russo De Rosa Associati as an accountant of the Accounting Team which deals with the corporate, accounting and financial statement aspects of industrial holding companies and real estate companies resulting from extraordinary M&A transactions and corporate reorganization aimed at rationalizing and enhancing the entrepreneurial assets with a view to management efficiency, protection and generational transition.
