Sergio Mori is a lawyer specialized in corporate and commercial law and his practice mainly focuses on M&A and private equity transactions as well as corporate law matters and commercial agreements.
He graduated in law in 2008 at the Università degli Studi di Torino (summa cum laude). He is a member of the Italian Bar and has been registered with the Turin Bar Association since 2012.
In 2016, he earned a LL.M. from the Law School of the University of Chicago and is enrolled with the New York State Bar Association.
