Caterina Giacalone is a lawyer and member of the corporate and M&A department where her practice focuses mainly on M&A transactions, private equity and assisting companies on corporate matters and commercial agreements. In addition, she also collaborates with the other member of the Firm in the field of management and transmission of family assets.
In 2014, Caterina graduated in law, with top marks and honors, from "LUISS Guido Carli" University specializing in Law, Economics and Business Innovation. She also studied abroad at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium).
She is a member of the Italian Bar and she is registered at the Bar Association of Milan since 2018.
In addition to her native Italian, Caterina is fluent in English.
