Alessio Moretti, chartered accountant, deals with tax consultancy and assistance to commercial, industrial and financial firms as well as M&A transactions, with a focus on private equity transactions.
He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University (Milan). During his academic career he also had the opportunity to study abroad at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (UK). He has been enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2022.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
